  • Why are prices in USD?

    Prices are listed in USD because we are supported by Storenvy which is an American market. If you have seen our company at a local Toronto art show, prices in Canadian reflect our online prices.

  • What is this store's return and exchange policy?

    We will gladly accept returns for items in pre-sale condition within 14 days after you receive your package: Pre-sale condition means that the package has not been opened and the seal is not broken. Packages must be shipped back to the return address on the packaging slip that came with your order. You must also enclose the original packaging slip that came with your order. Shipping and insurance of the package is the buyers responsibility. Once we receive your item(s) we will issue a refund to you within 48 hours.

    We do not offer refunds for custom or made to order products.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

    It takes us 3 weeks to fulfill a custom case order. custom cases are shipped after 3 weeks of the order date.

  • What kind of cases do you make?

    We make cases for all small devices including, IPod cases, cell phone cases, and hand held console devices. When you check out a custom case order, leave your device model number with us (even if the listing says "phone case" you can still request another type of small device).

  • Who supplies your sculptures and cabochons?

    We make everything ourselves. Every sculpture/cabochon is made with polymer clay, Golden Acrylics, and a protective coat of resin. Jasmine also creates her own resin pieces with Golden Acrylics. Everything on our cases are 100% handmade.

  • How do I clean my phone case?

    Our phone cases are pieces of art, they are built to make your phone look kawaii'd out. That being said, using a case everyday will cause it to scuff and pick up dust over time. To clean your case, use some water and tissue paper/cotton balls to erase scuffs, marks, and dust. Alternatively, you can use cleaning wipes, alcohol wipes, or make up wipes as well.

    To maintain your phone case, don't pick at the pieces on your case. Don't place your phone in tight places or at the bottom of your bag, otherwise dirt and dust may collect overtime.

  • Can I change/cancel my order?

    Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours. To cancel an order, fill out a contact form or email us at with your order number and let us know you want your order cancelled.

    Custom / made to order products cannot be changed after you place an order. We do not honour requests to add extra cabochons, colours, or borders once your order has been placed. You can, however, cancel your order and place a new order.

  • How do I contact customer service?

    If you have a question, please fill out our contact form. We do not respond to order inquiries made through our social media channels.

  • How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
